Description:  OK. I'm totally in love! (Don't tell Natalie!). What a beautiful beast! Looks like a cross between a Draper Taper and an F40PH. The GMD SD40-2F is a 3,000 horsepower C-C diesel locomotive built by General Motors Diesel. It was fundamentally an SD40-2 in a cowl unit with full-width body. A total of 25 units were built solely for the Canadian Pacific Railway. They were delivered in 1988 and 1989, after the end of production of the regular SD40-2.
